Payments are made directly to us via Yappy, ACH bank transfer, or cash. We do not collect or store card information, and we are not affiliated with any third-party payment processor.

3. Why we use your data and legal basis

  • To provide the coaching service (contract performance): build your plan, run check-ins, deliver content.
  • To manage your account and orders (contract performance): authentication, support, receipts.
  • To improve the service (legitimate interests): basic analytics and product improvement.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests / legal obligation).
  • To send service-related emails (contract performance) and, with consent, marketing emails.

4. Who we share data with

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g. our cloud database and email delivery providers) acting as data processors.

We do not sell your personal data.
