Meet your coach

My name is Gio Luna, and I'm 18 years old. Two years ago, I moved to Florida on a basketball scholarship to compete at a higher level and train with top professionals.

Since then, fitness and nutrition have become a major part of my life. Through consistent training in the gym and maintaining a clean, balanced lifestyle, I've built discipline, strength, and a passion for helping others improve themselves.

My mission is to use my experience to help people build confidence, better habits, and real results through fitness and nutrition.
