Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Dialed Fitness (operated by Ruben Giovanni Luna, sole trader). Payments are handled directly by us via Yappy, ACH bank transfer, or cash — we are not affiliated with any third-party merchant of record.

Cancelling a monthly plan

You can cancel your monthly plan at any time by contacting us. Because plans are paid month-by-month upfront, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. You keep full access to coaching, sessions, and content for the remainder of that month, and no further payments will be due.

In other words: once you cancel, you are not locked in to another month — you simply finish out the month you've already paid for.

Refunds

Because each month is paid in advance and access continues until the end of the billing period, monthly payments are generally non-refundable once the month has started. If something exceptional happens (illness, injury, or an issue on our end), reach out and we'll review your situation case-by-case.

One-time purchases (such as the InBody Scan) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

How to cancel or request a refund

Contact us directly via the contact section on the homepage, by email, or by message. Approved refunds are returned through the same payment method used for the original payment (Yappy, ACH, or cash).
